What does the Initial Property Review include?
We’ll inspect the systems you want to cover, check their condition and confirm whether they are eligible for your chosen plan.
Are parts and labour included?
Yes. Parts and labour are included for covered repairs, subject to the plan’s terms, limits and exclusions.
What is classed as out of hours attendance?
Out of hours support is available with Heating Enhanced and Total Care. Full attendance times and qualifying emergencies are explained in the plan terms.
Does Rental Heating include a CP12 certificate?
Yes. Rental Heating plans include an annual CP12 landlord gas safety certificate.
Can I change my cover plan?
